An apartment building fire early Thursday in the 800 block of Westside Boulevard Northwest injured three people and displaced six, according to Roanoke Fire-EMS.

A woman has been charged with aggravated arson and other offenses regarding two consecutive fires in the same occupied apartment building at 1512 Shelby Ave. in Mattoon.
