A Chicago woman has been charged with first-degree murder after authorities say she drowned a 1-year-old boy in Lake Michigan late Friday night.

A 15-year-old boy was reported missing Sunday from his Lower Paxton Township home. Khristian Robinson is believed to be in the Steelton area, Lower Paxton police said on Monday.
