The project will include milling and resurfacing of both roadways from the St. Clair County line to one mile north of the US-431/US-278 interchange in Attalla, according to ALDOT.
Work on the McWright's Ferry Road has been ongoing for two years and Tuscaloosa's mayor says it will finish up in the fall 2025.
