Several stolen items were recovered after Greene County authorities arrested a man spotted rummaging through a vehicle in the Twin Lakes subdivision.

Witnesses at the scene told police the 5-year-old had been found in the pool after leaving home “unaccompanied by an adult” about an hour prior, the prosecutor’s office said.
