A Chinese passenger jet and a cargo plane narrowly avoided a mid-air collision over Russia earlier this month, German Press Agency (dpa) reported, citing media reports.

A Budapest-bound plane almost collided with an Air China passenger carrier over Russia, 10,000 metres above ground level.
