Lakeshore Lanes, 5432 Pacific Blvd. S.W., will honor all bowling coupons held by customers of AMF Albany Lanes through Labor Day, Sept. 3.

That's three consecutive perfect games totaling 36 strikes. It happened at AMF Airport Lanes in Cheektowaga. According to the United States Bowling Congress it's a remarkable feat.

City officials will discuss naming AMF Land Park Lanes, located at 5850 Freeport Blvd., a historic landmark at Wednesday’s meeting of the Preservation Commission.

The statement was still up on the AMF Land Park Lanes website as of Thursday. AMF Land Park Lanes is still listed as one of the Bowlero's California locations on the company's website.
