OCOEE, Fla. — Three Ocoee Middle School students were taken to a hospital Monday morning after the school experienced issues with its air-conditioning system, the Ocoee Fire Department said.

A C Blunt Middle is a public school located in Aransas Pass, TX, which is in a fringe town setting. The student population of A C Blunt Middle is 387 and the school serves 6-8.

The HVAC system at the high school and middle school is a 32-year-old outdated and unreliable system, Superintendent Marian Kim Phelps wrote in a letter to parents on Thursday.
