Florida’s early wood duck and teal hunting season runs from Sept. 21-25. On Sept. 26, three more days of early teal hunting pick back up, lasting through Sept. 29.

Regular duck hunting season opens Oct. 26 in the High Plains Mallard Management Unit. The season then opens in the South Zone on Nov. 2 and the North Zone on Nov. 9.

The regular duck hunting season starts with a week in November, from Nov. 23 through Dec. 1, followed by a longer stretch from Dec. 7 through Jan. 26.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Arkansas is the Duck Hunting Capital of the World, and more than 100,000 Arkansans are expected to take part in the duck hunting season which kicks off on Saturday.
