A 13-month-old toddler who had recently traveled overseas was confirmed Wednesday as the fourth case of measles this year in San Diego County.

Two women have been arrested and face charges in the death of a 13-month-old child at a Peoria hospital. The case is being investigated as a homicide, according to the Peoria County coroner.
