OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - There is another candidate looking to be elected to serve in Nebraska’s Second Congressional District. James Leuschen, a Democrat, released plans for his campaign in a release to First Alert 6 on Thursday morning. Leuschen says he is an Omaha native and an expert in economic policy.
