Zach Hyman has 2 goals and an assist
Things quickly got out of hand near the end of Saturday’s matchup between the Edmonton Oilers and Vancouver Canucks, and the fun part about that is that we didn’t have to wait long for the rematch.
It was hard-nosed blueliner Darnell Nurse who picked up the primary assist. His contribution was being ready to take a Draisaitl pass, and blast a solid attempt on net but have it stopped by Kings goaltender Darcy Kuemper. Instead, it was Draisaitl who did all the work to make this four-on-four goal happen.
Draisaitl posted an assist and four shots on goal in Wednesday's 5-3 win over the Wild. Draisaitl has two goals and four assists during his four-game point streak. The 29-year-old forward set up Zach Hyman's tally in the first period.
Draisaitl produced two assists, one on the power play, in Saturday's 4-3 win over Chicago. After the 29-year-old superstar helped to set up Vasily Podkolzin for Edmonton's first tally early in the second period,
Zach Hyman scored a tiebreaking power-play goal in the third period, and the Edmonton Oilers beat the Chicago Blackhawks 4-3
Zach Hyman had two goals and an assist and Leon Draisaitl had a goal and two assists as the Edmonton Oilers defeated the Vancouver Canucks 6-2 on Thursday. The win came five days after the Canucks beat Edmonton 3-2 in a chippy game at Vancouver.
