It has been a week of upheaval for the Seattle Seahawks as they remade their roster. It began with them releasing Defensive Tackle Roy Robertson-Harris, Safety Rayshawn Jenkins, Offensive Tackle George Fant,
Metcalf, 27, has recorded at least 900 receiving yards and five touchdowns in each of his first six NFL seasons.
DK Metcalf requested a trade away from the Seahawks. Seattle was miffed news of it broke less than an hour after Tyler Lockett's release.
While the Seattle Seahawks plan to honor the trade request of star wide receiver DK Metcalf, the price they're asking for him in return is pretty steep. As shared by The Athletic's Dianna Russini on X (formerly Twitter), citing sources, the Hawks are seeking both a first and a third round pick in exchange for the former All-Pro.
