Khalistani extremists disrupted External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar's London visit, breaching security as a protester tore the Indian flag near his convoy before being detained by police
"We strongly condemn the incident that took place outside Chatham House yesterday (Wednesday) during the External Affairs Minister’s visit to the UK,” a Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) spokesperson said.
S Jaishankar’s security was breached in London earlier this week by a pro-Khalistani supporter, who was part of a group protesting outside the Chatham House where the minister was speaking. India has condemned the incident and demanded strict action against those involved.
Though the police stopped the Khalistani extremist after initial hesitation, they were seen trying calm the man down instead of restraining him
