On the third anniversary of Russian invasion, Ukraine supporters march through DetroitOn Sunday, Tkachenko led a group of hundreds of marchers through the heart of downtown Detroit — a day before the three-year anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on Feb. 24, 2022. The rally comes after Russia and the U.S. agreed to start working toward ending the war in Ukraine and improving their diplomatic and economic ties.
