The man killed Tuesday in a Douglas County road rage shooting had exited his car and was reaching into the suspect’s vehicle, allegedly punching him, when he was shot, according to court records.

Charges have been dropped against a Falmouth teenager who had been accused of threatening​ to shoot up a school on Cape Cod, the District Attorney confirmed.

A shooting Wednesday outside an ICE facility in Dallas killed one detainee and critically injured two, officials said. The shooter, identified as Joshua Jahn, is also dead.

The 53-year-old man who was injured by a shooting July 23 in Ypsilanti Township was the victim of the attempted armed robbery, said Cmdr. Eugene Rush with the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office. The man was taken to the hospital in critical condition and was unable to speak with police for some time, Rush said.
