Shams Charania of ESPN reported that the Suns have narrowed their coaching search down to two names and that Booker "has been involved in the search process over the past seven to 10 days." Charania reported that the two contenders for the position are Cleveland Cavaliers assistant coaches Johnnie Bryant and Jordan Ott.

The Phoenix Suns are still hard at work finding a new head coach after firing Mike Budenholzer back in April. According to a report from Marc Stein, per Bright Side of the Sun, superstar Devin Booker has gotten involved in their search.

The Phoenix Suns are expected to have one of the busier offseasons in the NBA, although not for the best of reasons. After missing the playoffs despite boasting three maximum-contract players, the Suns failed to make the playoffs and will have many roster (and staffing) choices to make.
