A New Jersey state policeman, who had previously been tasked with protecting the governor, shot and killed his ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend.

A New Jersey State Trooper is identified as a suspect in the killings of two people at a home in Hunterdon County, before turning the gun on himself, according to New Jersey officials. 33-year-old Lauren Semanchik and 29-year-old Tyler Webb were identified as the victims.
