A "Night at the Museum" reimagining is in the works at 20th Century Studios, with 21 Laps Entertainment tapping Tripper Clancy to pen the script.

Almost 20 years after Ben Stiller first portrayed a man who takes a night shift security gig at New York City's Museum of Natural History, audiences can start preparing for another Night at the Museum.

Night at the Museum is being brought back to life in an upcoming reboot. The original franchise spanned three live-action films: 2006’s Night at the Museum, 2009’s Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian and 2014’s Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb.
