Texas Tech’s NiJaree Canady threw every pitch for the Red Raiders in the Women’s College World Series, all the way through the first two games of the championship series and the first inning of the third.

Texas softball is rolling in the Women's College World Series after finally overcoming No. 2 seed Oklahoma. Next, they face Tennessee.

Texas and Texas Tech will be reigniting a cross-state rivalry in the Women's College World Series finals this week.  While it wasn't the expected outcome, both programs have earned their spot in this series.
