Voyageur Park Lodge is the most private resort on the lake and has 11 cabins, all with a lake view. The historic Kettle Falls Hotel dates back to the 1910s and is only accessible by water.

Lake Bastrop South Shore Park is located at 375 S Shore Rd, just 40 miles east of Austin. Park entrance fees are $5 for adults, and children 12 and under get in for free.
