Jalen Williams Has Message to OKC Thunder Fans Regarding Local Celebration originally appeared on Athlon Sports. Fans across the entirety of the Oklahoma City metro -- and the state of Oklahoma, for that matter -- are enjoying the summer as their local Thunder are NBA champions.

To reflect on their title run, Thunder Wire will conduct 2024-25 season grades for all 19 players who suited up for the squad at one point during the year. Second up is Jalen Williams, who had a career season with first-time All-Star and All-NBA honors:

Williams played a key role in the Thunder's victory, averaging 23.6 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 4.9 assists during the finals. Williams' high school alma mater, Perry High School, previously renamed the street leading to the school "Jalen Williams Way" in his honor.
