Federal agents took into ICE custody the family of Mohamed Soliman, who is charged in the fire attack on demonstrators in Boulder, Colorado, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said. Noem said authorities are investigating whether Soliman's family knew about or supported Sunday's attack.

The family of the man accused of attacking a group of people Sunday with Molotov cocktails and a makeshift flamethrower has been taken into ICE custody and are being processed, a DHS official confirmed to CNN Tuesday.
