Harvey Weinstein's sex crimes retrial will likely be handed to the jury on Wednesday morning, the judge said before closing arguments began Tuesday.

Harvey Weinstein's rape and sexual assault trial is set to wrap up with closing arguments to the jury by prosecutors and defense lawyers on Tuesday in Manhattan, a year after a state appeals court overturned the former movie mogul's 2020 conviction.

Closing arguments kicked off Tuesday morning at Harvey Weinstein’s retrial in New York City. After announcing the defense had rested its case, Weinstein's attorney, Arthur Aidala, began delivering the closing argument to the jury.
