Midas Hospitality said it has completed a new Hampton Inn St. Louis in Wentzville. The $12 million, 64,000-square-foot project, at 150 Wentzville Bluffs Drive, has 109 rooms and suites.

Sister company Midas Hospitality will manage the hotel. A fitness center and meeting rooms will be part of the 109-room hotel at the Wentzville Bluffs development.

With 150 and 250 rooms on average, Hilton Garden Inn properties are larger than Hampton by Hilton properties. They also sometimes provide meeting space for business groups.

The Hampton Inn, 1401 E. Ellis Rd. in Norton Shores, features 81 guest rooms. Another big change to the Hampton Inn was the bathroom renovation in all of the hotel’s guest rooms.
