Florida basketball will play Kentucky home and away during the 2025-26 season, marking the return of former UF turned UK guard Denzel Aberdeen.

Throughout the offseason Florida’s non-conference opponent news has been trickling in and we are now at the point where their marquee games are likely set, with all that remains being the buy games against low and mid-major competition to round out the slate. Here are some early notes on some of the announced opponents.

South Carolina notably faces Florida, Georgia and LSU twice - with the former two being permanent two-game opponents for the Gamecocks. Game dates, times and broadcast information for each matchup were not immediately announced. Conference play will lead in to the SEC Tournament in Nashville from March 11-15, 2026.
