The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning at 7 p.m. on Saturday in effect until 10 p.m. for Armstrong, Indiana and Westmoreland counties.
"The Flood Warning will expire at 12:45 a.m. early this morning for Southwestern Cape May County. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed any remaining road closures," says the National Weather Service.
