LOS ANGELES — A 28-year-old man wanted for shooting a driver accused of plowing into a crowd of pedestrians in East Hollywood was arrested Sunday in Redondo Beach. ABC7 reported Efrain Villalobos of Lawndale was arrested by Redondo Beach police and turned over to Los Angeles Police Department detectives about 1:15 p.m. Sunday.

Police have arrested the alleged gunman who they say opened fire on the suspect who drove his car into a crowd outside of an East Hollywood club two weeks ago.

Efrain Villalobos was arrested for the shooting of Fernando Ramirez, who drove into a crowd outside a nightclub.
