Former Las Vegas Raiders cornerback Jack Jones signed with the Dolphins, the team announced Saturday morning. Less than six hours later, ex-Cincinnati Bengals nickel corner Mike Hilton joined the aqua and orange, according to his agent Drew Rosenhaus.
