Germaine Pratt is signing a one-year, $4.25 million deal with the Raiders just a day after he was released by the Bengals, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero reported Wednesday.

Per the report, it's a one-year deal worth up to $4.78 million for Pratt with the Raiders.
