The two teenagers arrested in connection with drug overdoses at a Prosper ISD graduation party allegedly purchased THC gummies at a Plano smoke shop and resold them to other teens at the event.

According to police, they arrested Kyle Muchineuta, 17, from Prosper and Cesar Omana, 18, from Frisco, for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance. It's a first-degree felony.

Wednesday, the City of Prosper announced that two people have been arrested in connection with the incident: 17-year-old Kyle Muchineuta, of Prosper, and 18-year-old Cesar Omana of Frisco.
