The ongoing legal dispute between "It Ends With Us" co-stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni escalated Tuesday over Lively's decision to withdraw claims of emotional distress from her lawsuit.

A federal judge denied Lively’s request to dismiss her emotional distress claims without prejudice, as well as Baldoni’s request for Lively’s medical records.

The move comes after Baldoni's attorneys requested Lively's therapy notes and medical records in discovery and said the actress "cannot have it both ways."
