BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Bethlehem City Council on Tuesday night established a date for a zoning map amendment hearing that could pave the way for a mixed-use building that could include apartments.

Councilmember Jeffery Young, D-5th District, worked on the legislation to prevent zoning of properties to change without approval for months, amending it twice before the 15-2 vote passed it March 20.
