HARRISBURG — A graphic designer is suing D.G. Yuengling & Son, claiming the Pennsylvania brewer is using one of his label designs for its Oktoberfest beer without payment.
The beer lineup from “America’s Oldest Brewery” includes the flagship Traditional Lager, Light Lager, Golden Pilsner, Black & Tan, as well as the upscale light brand, FLIGHT by Yuengling.
