Hozier ’s “Work Song” rides its synch in ABC’s 9-1-1 to No. 1 on Billboard ’s Top TV Songs chart, powered by Tunefind (a Songtradr company), for April.

Hozier was 23 when the hit made him an international star. The song went to No. 1 in at least a dozen countries and surpassed an astonishing 2 billion Spotify streams earlier this year.

At the time, she was covering his hit “Work Song” in her sets. “I was really honored, and through that, I got into her music a bit more. Eventually, we kept in touch,” Hozier says.

She also returned to the stage for two of Hozier set highlights — “Wildflower and Barley” from the “Unheard EP” and the show closing “Work Song” from his 2014 debut album.
