Mother’s Day Sunday will be mainly dry and sunny with temperatures near 80 degrees in the afternoon in Albuquerque. Temperatures will heat up Monday with southern New Mexico seeing highs in the 90s.

Although it will be sunny and warm, it will also be windy. Expect south winds around 15-25 miles per hour with gusts between 30 and 40 miles per hour possible in the afternoon.
