Boston Beer Co., the parent company of Sam Adams and the fourth-largest brewery in the U.S., has added an 101-year-old building complex to its property holdings in the West End.

The Boston Beer Co. recently purchased more than an acre of land in the West End near its Samuel Adams Brewery on Central Parkway for close to $4 million, Hamilton County Property records show.
