Alphabet reported Thursday that Waymo, its autonomous vehicle unit, is now delivering more than 250,000 paid robotaxi rides per week in the U.S. Stream NBC 5 for free, 24/7, wherever you are.

Waymo announced that it now does 200,000 paid autonomous rides per week. That's double what it said six months ago. Waymo operates self-driving taxis in Los Angeles, Phoenix and San Francisco.
