Saginaw will build a water tower to help update the city’s aging water system. The site of the old Derby Down, on Webber Street, will soon be home to the city’s new 3 million gallon water tower.

Named the Owen Lane Water Tower Holds 1.5 million gallons Demolition started October 2017, anticipated completion date is 16 months. Hoping to be completed in Spring 2019.
