History: The Goodyear City Council approved the site for an industrial business park in early 2023. Prior to construction, the site was agricultural. The project broke ground in June 2024.

The business park currently has 91.9 acres of land available. Any businesses interested in purchasing land at the business park can visit here, or call Sparta City Hall at (608) 269-4340.
