After some discussion at the Oct. 1 meeting, logo design 3, which features “Tulare” in colorful capital letters with the silhouettes of images the city is known for, was chosen by a 3-2 vote.

The city of Tulare is deciding on a new logo. So far, the selection process has moved along in a calm and orderly manner, without inciting the community, according to city officials.
