Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine stopped by McArthur in Vinton County, to announce a nearly $12 million project to build a brand new McArthur branch of the University of Rio Grande.

A shelter was set up at Vinton County High School, 307 W. High St., in McArthur, for anyone displaced by the evacuation order who had nowhere else to go.
