Signorelli is developing Valley Ranch, a 1,400-acre master-planned community near Interstate 59 and the Grand Parkway. It will include 1,500 single-family homes with over 1,000 multifamily residences.

The Ranch fire was reported just after 2:30 p.m. near Bowen Ranch Road and Coxey Truck Trail. By 5:45 p.m., the blaze had grown to 2,000 acres, fueled by high winds and low humidity.
