The Utica Coffee Roasting Co. is releasing a special coffee blend in honor of Utica police officer Thomas Lindsey, who was killed in the line of duty on April 12, 2007.

Utica Coffee Roasting Co. announced their new "Utica Series" on April 1 — three new coffee blends based on dishes Utica is well-known for: Chicken Riggies, Utica Greens and Tomato Pie.
