UFC President Dana White and Saudi Arabian General Entertainment Authority Chairman Turki Alalshikh jointly announced the creation of a new boxing promotion Wednesday.

Recently, Canelo Alvarez signed a four fight deal with Turki Alalshikh in Riyadh. This came after he cancelled his deal with Jake Paul which was expected to take place on February 11 2025.
