After decades of taking place in the Wauwatosa village, Tosa Fest is moving to Hart Park. John Raisler, who runs the fest, said the decision to move out of downtown was about space and accessibility.

The Tosa Skatepark will be a little less crowded later this summer, thanks to the addition of approximately 2,000 square feet to the popular attraction at Hart Park.
