Attorney Tina Glandian, who appeared n NBC’s Today show this morning, pushed the theory after being asked about Smollett’s claim that he was attacked by a white man.

Tina Glandin, a lawyer for Empire actor Jussie Smollett, accused the two brothers involved in the alleged hate crime hoax, that was planned by Smollett, of lying about his role in the reported attack.
