The Walking Dead franchise is mourning more than just its characters. According to TheWrap, the famous zombie show’s spinoff, Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, will end with its fourth season. Viewers learned about the show’s end on Friday during a San Diego Comic-Con panel.

The cable and streaming outlet has picked up a third season of its Walking Dead offshoot Dead City, which stars Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Lauren Cohan. The pair reprise their roles from the Walking Dead flagship as Negan and Maggie, who are trying to survive and build a community in what’s left of Manhattan.

There will be some new life breathed into season 2 of The Walking Dead: Dead City, it was revealed today during the series’ panel at Comic-Con in San Diego. Four actors will be joining the spinoff, which will return in 2025 on AMC and AMC+.
