SOUTHFIELD, MI-Owner Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust will open up Tel-Twelve Mall into outside retail shops. Kmart will expand and a 140,000-sf Lowe's will join to make the area a big-box bonanza.

The store, located in the Tel-Twelve shopping plaza on Telegraph Road just south of 12 Mile Road, will officially close at the end of January when the building lease is up.
