Haltom City police said a man called 911 at about 12:40 a.m. on Thursday and said, "I need police at the Heritage Apartments" before abruptly hanging up.

A shelter-in-place order was issued just after 1 p.m. for residents between Chesser Boyer Road and 28th Street near Haltom City.
