Former McNeese State wide receiver Jer’Michael Carter has committed to Oklahoma via the NCAA Transfer Portal. Carter was the No. 102 wide receiver in On3’s 2025 Transfer Portal Player Rankings.

Carter totaled 25 receiving first downs and 17 explosive plays, which are gains of 15-plus yards. He featured a 59.4 completion percentage and an 89.8 receiver rating when targeted.

This past Thursday, it got even more eventful for Carter Jones, the Poquoson (VA.) High School prospect, as he received his 31st offer from Oklahoma.
